THE GREAT FALL CLUE CAPER – While we may not be having our annual gathering at Happy Jack’s this month, we still have SO MUCH FUN planned for the kids!  If you have a child or grandchild, you need to mark your calendar for October 25, 5:00 – 7:00 pm, and check out CLUE CAPER.

ALL SAINTS DAY - We will have our special service of observance and remembrance of All Saints Day on November 1, 2020, during our virtual morning worship time.  Please join us for ALL SAINTS SUNDAY

TOWN HALL AND BUSINESS MEETINGS – Our quarterly business meeting is October 28, 6:15 pm, via Zoom.  This very important meeting will include a vote on the 2021 proposed budget and our annual Nominating Team Report. The town hall meeting to review the proposed budget will be the week prior, October 21, 6:15 pm, also via Zoom.  Your presence and voice is an integral part of the church’s work.  Please make every effort to attend both of these meetings.  A Zoom link and documents for your review will be emailed to the congregation on Tuesday, October 20.  The Zoom link is also available on our Prayer List page.

HANGING OF THE GREEN - While it may look a bit different this year, FBC is excited to offer a time when church members can participate in preparing the sanctuary for the season of Advent.  Please read the details and registration information at HANGING THE GREEN

LANDING ZONE NOW ONLY ON WEDNESDAYS – Adults are invited to join The Landing Zone, a 30-minute session offering a short devotion and visiting time with one another.  Join us on Wednesdays via Zoom at 7:00 pm.  LANDING ZONE

WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY – A new 7-week Bible study for women, Elijah: Spiritual Stamina in Every Season, begins Thursday, October 15.  The study, facilitated by Mona Carpenter, will meet from 10:00 – 11:30 via Zoom.  To sign-up and for book purchase details, please read the details at SPOELSTRA STUDY

FACILITIES REMAIN CLOSED - THE FBC BUILDING WILL REMAIN CLOSED THIS COMING WEEK.  We hope everyone understands the necessity of this hard decision.   Zoom meetings, streamed services and Bible studies will absolutely continue!  Tithes can be held for this period, mailed, or given online.  Staff are, and will always remain, available to you!  Simply call our cells or email us.
