Sunday, October 24, 2021, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
All of our FBC family (and friends!) is invited to join us for The Great Fall Clue Caper on Sunday, October 24 from 5-7 pm. FBC families with kids and youth (and friends!) can trick-or-treat, play games, and solve a mystery, all outdoors and socially distanced. We'll be in FBC members' yards in the Springhill neighborhood and surrounding area.
OPTION 1: Sign up to be in another church member's yard. Bring chairs and candy to hand out to the kids. Additionally, if you want, you can bring a Halloween themed game/activity (or Amanda can provide one) for children to do as they visit you. To participate in option 1, sign up here: CLUE CAPER HOST
NOTE: If you have a specific family whose yard you'd like to be in, feel free to note that in the comments and Amanda will do her best to accommodate your request. If you're open to being anywhere, just leave the comments blank.
OPTION 2: Participate by walking and/or driving through the Springhill area and visiting with FBC families. Feel free to bring friends along!
NOTE: A list of participating families/addresses will be emailed to the congregation a few days prior to the event.
No matter which option you choose, costumes are encouraged! There will be a fabulous prize for the best-outfitted group.
Children and youth are encouraged to participate with their families to play games, collect candy, and solve the mysterious caper! YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN FBC MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE. If you would like to participate, please contact REV. AMANDA STANDIFORD, Associate Pastor of Children and Spiritual Formation, to receive a list of participating addresses.
